Photography Terms
BY BOOKING THE PHOTOGRAPHY, YOU ACCEPT THE PHOTOGRAPHY TERMS.
Please read the photography conditions before making a reservation.
AGE
The photo sessions are only for those over 18 years of age.
PRICE LIST & PAYMENT
The price list is valid for the time being and the photographer reserves the right to make changes. The prices of already booked photos will remain the same as at the time of booking, if the general price list changes.
Prices include VAT. 25.5% (excl. company descriptions).
Invoices have a 7-day payment period. A longer payment period and a single payment are possible, but these must be agreed separately with the Photographer.
CANCELLATION TERMS
The purchased photography package fee will not be refunded if the customer cancels the photoshoot or does not show up.
There is a weather reservation for outdoor photo sessions.
In cases of illness of the photographer, the photoshooting will be postponed, if it is possible according to the nature of the photoshooting. If the photoshoot cannot be moved, the photographer will return the booking fee.
DELIVERY OF PICTURES
The photographer will send a link to the personal pre-selected gallery by e-mail within 1-2 weeks of the photoshoot, unless otherwise agreed.
The pre-selection gallery contains unprocessed photoshots with a test photo watermark.
Photo selections must be made within 14 days of receiving the preselection gallery. The final images will be delivered within 1-4 weeks of the final image selections.
The customer does not have the right to publish pre-selected gallery images with test photo watermarks.
PUBLICATION RIGHTS
The photographer retains the copyright to the images in accordance with the Copyright Act. The photographer may use their photos on their website, social media and participate in photo contests with them, if nothing else has been agreed upon at the time of booking the photoshoot. So if the customer wishes for a completely private gallery, it must be mentioned in advance. The photographer undertakes to respect the customer when sharing images.
The customer has the right to publish the photos taken by the Photographer on social media and order copies of the photos for both his own use and that of their close friends. When the customer publishes photos, photographer Joy Licious / @i.am.joy.licious must be mentioned. For sharing, the customer must not edit the images and must avoid cropping them.
The commercial use of images must always be agreed separately and they must not be sold to third parties.
STYLE OF PICTURES
The customer has familiarized themselves with the style of the Photographer's photos in advance and understands and accepts that the Photographer's photoshooting style may change over time and, for example, according to the prevailing weather conditions.
The photographer decides the post-processing style of the images according to the prevailing circumstances, their own judgment and their style. The photographer does not guarantee that the images will be exactly the same as their previous images.
Raw versions of the images are not handed over to the customer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The link to the photo gallery works for 2 days, after which the photographer is obliged to keep the photos for another 12 months. If the pictures are partially or completely destroyed for a reason beyond the photographer's control (for example due to equipment failure), the photographer is liable for damages up to the amount of money paid.
