Terms of contract for consumer e-commerce

General
Joy Licious (business ID 2549401-9) online store (hereafter the online store) sells photography packages, wig styling services and artificial fiber hair extensions for individuals in mainland Finland and Sweden.
The online store can change the delivery conditions unilaterally. Familiarize yourself with the delivery conditions before placing an order from the online store.

Products and prices
The prices and features of the products are presented in the online store. The prices include the applicable value added tax. The announced prices are valid until further notice or for the time indicated separately in the product information of the online store.
If the incorrect price information in the online store deviates so significantly from the actual price of the product that the customer should have understood the erroneous information in question, the price of the product stated as incorrect does not bind the online store.
Ordering
Ordering is done by moving the selected products to the shopping cart. If you have special wishes or questions about the order, you can leave a message in the additional information field found in the shopping cart or by sending an e-mail to joy.licious.domina@gmail.com
When ordering, you must provide the following information:
- name
- address
- e-mail address
- a phone number to which you can send a text message
Order pick-up notices are sent by text message and/or email. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you enter in the online store's order form is correct. By ordering from the online store, you agree to comply with the terms of delivery and use.
Order notification and order confirmation
After an approved and successful payment transaction, an order confirmation is sent to the customer by email, which creates a binding order. The order confirmation contains the key information of the order as well as information on exercising the right to cancel. If for some reason we cannot confirm the order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery methods and delivery costs
Stock products are shipped within 1-5 business days of the order. If the product is out of stock, or there are other delivery difficulties, we will contact you. Ordered products and styling service are delivered according to the agreement.
The delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method. We are in contact with the customer in the case of non-normal delivery times. Delivery costs include delivery and packaging costs, and their prices are visible at checkout, before paying for the order.
The order will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point according to the delivery address you specified. You will receive an order arrival notification and instructions for picking up your order by text message and/or email.
If the order is not picked up in time, it will be returned to the online store. An unclaimed package is not a customer return and the package will not be reposted automatically. We charge €10 postage for uncollected shipments.
Consumer-customer's right to cancel
Notice of cancellation
Cancellation is done by submitting a cancellation notice within 14 days of receiving the order. You can make a cancellation notice freely, for example by e-mail joy.licious.domina@gmail.com
If the last day of the cancellation period is a Saturday or a holiday, the cancellation notification can also be made on the next business day. Failure to pick up the order does not replace a cancellation notice.
Returning goods
Stock products (loose accessories and accessories) can only be returned in unopened original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return costs. The online store does not accept cash on delivery shipments.
The products to be returned must be left for the transport company to transport within 14 days of making the cancellation notice. Attach the following information to the return: name, address, phone number and account number.
Photography services do not have the right of return. See separately the conditions for filming .
The wig styling service is an individual handiwork, and there is no right of return or refund.

In order for you to be entitled to a full refund of the price you paid in the event of a cancellation, you must keep the goods you received essentially unchanged and undiminished. Pack the products in such a way that they cannot be damaged during transport. If the product gets damaged on the way back due to careless packaging, you are responsible for the resulting damage. Please ask for a receipt for sending so that you can prove that the return has been made.
If you use the goods, you are responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods. If the goods have substantially changed or decreased, the online store has the right to charge an amount corresponding to the decrease in the value of the goods. If the goods have become unsellable due to use, the online store can completely refuse to refund the purchase price you paid.
Refund of payment
The purchase price will be returned to you no later than 14 days after the returned product arrives. We will refund all received payments, except for additional costs that have been caused by your choice of a standard delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the online store.
The online store has the right to refrain from refunding payments until the goods have been returned or you have proven that you have sent the goods back, for example with a return receipt. We will pay the refundable fees using the same payment method you used when placing the original order.
Guarantee for consumer customers
The online store is not responsible for the guarantees granted by previous sales platforms. The customer accepts this by accepting these terms and conditions.
Complaints
If the product is lost or damaged in transit, does not match the order or is incorrect, the customer is asked to contact customer service. We hope to contact you soon to clarify the matter.
The online store's 14-day right to cancel does not limit the consumer from appealing to the error after this time. If the customer has received an incorrect or incorrect product, the online store is responsible for the error, the costs of returning the product and other obligations in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Limitation of liability
The online store is not responsible for any indirect or direct damage related to the order, delivery or product, other than what is caused by the mandatory obligations of the Consumer Protection Act or other law. The online store is not responsible for damages caused by force majeure.
Complaints and dispute resolution
If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board ( www.kuluttajariita.fi ) for resolution. Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact consumer counseling ( www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi ).
